We have traded on the Internet since 1999 as Attic Treasures & Collectibles / pedalcarplus.com
We are considered a mail order business.
Because International credit cards (all card holders outside the boundries of the 50 U.S.),
are not being presented in person, there is a risk.
Accepting International cards is not covered under our merchant account agreement,
therefore we must assume 100% liability, a risk we are not willing to take.

International shipping rates are expensive.
Expect to pay over $100.00 to Canada, $250.00, $500.00 USD and up for shipping on pedal cars to other countries.
If you wish to proceed with an overseas order simply proceed follow the steps for ordering on our website.
DO NOT select credit card as method of payment; we ONLY accept MoneyGram for International orders.
For payment indicate that you will send a check.
NOTE: Once your order is received, shipping to your country will be determined and you will be notified.
You must respond in writing (email) that yes, you wish to proceed, or no you wish to cancel.

When you purchase a MoneyGram be sure to provide your full name, address and telephone number(s).
We will need a reference number so that we can pick up the MoneyGram.
We ship pedal cars through FedEx.
Small, lightweight items will be mailed through USPS (United States Post Office).
NOTE: We will not ship prohibited items to your country.
Check your country's list before you make a purchase please.
Shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes, levies, brokerage fees etc.
Import duties vary from country to country, depends on the item being imported,
and often what it is constructed of (i.e. wood, metal, etc.).
You will be expected to pay all import charges at the time of delivery.
If an item is damaged in transit you must take that up with the carrier and file a claim.
We will not take responsibility to negotiate claims on International orders.
Keep ALL packing materials including the box, carton or envelope.

How do we do it?
Buyers sometimes use translator software. It works well enough for both parties to communicate,
including Japanese to English.
