to the number of pedal cars running out of stock we have changed our format
to include individual back orders seperately, effective 11/3/04. You will find
this information listed first in the chart below. Those showing order #s are
confirmed orders on back order, awaiting arrival of stock. Once b/o merchandise
has arrived and is shipped, the order is moved to the current month and tracking
information will be provided. This should make things easier for all of us and
help us serve you even better.
Is
My Order a "Confirmed" Back Order?
All customers are emailed when items run out of stock.
We will offer a suitable substitution (when available) and notification of the
ETA.
Our email requests an email response, authorizing us to process and back order
the current order, for items that will be in stock shortly.
-- Those who do not respond, or merely wish to be notified when the item arrives
have a pending order with us, but not a confirmed back order.
NOTE: Pedal Units sell out quickly and many have been discontinued without advance
notice to distributors.. Manufacturers/importers are cutting back on the quantity
they bring in and in certain models and/or colors; often completely selling
out before they even arrive in the U.S. --
Pending orders will remain on the back order chart until stock arrives and each
customer is notified by email.

TRACKING INFORMATION IS POSTED WHEN?
Carrier tracking numbers will be filled in as this information becomes available
and confirms that your item has been shipped. Meanwhile, if you see your name
but no tracking # this means the order is in progress. Updates are published
late afternoon Monday through Friday; a minimum of 3 times daily during the
month of December.
PLEASE check the status of your order.
Peak Times -- Suppliers can be slow getting these numbers
to distributors. Particularly during the month of December, as the priority
is shipping to ensure merchandise reaches its destination in time for Christmas.
We all work very long hours during peak times and appreciate your patience.
Random checks are performed on orders to check their progress, however we cannot
search every one. PLEASE check the status of your order.
If for some reason the tracking information does not work, email us.
To check your order WE MUST HAVE your name, recipient's name
(if different from that of the buyer), address AND tracking number as listed
below.
We CANNOT trace your order without this information.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN MY NAME IS NOT LISTED BELOW?
Check the date and time that you placed your oder to see if you have allowed
enough time for this information to be entered. It is "not"
done automatically, it must be entered and loaded by hand. This is done each
afternoon, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays may
not be listed until Monday afternoon.
Orders placed through our shopping cart provide the buyer with an automated
confirmation. If not received, either your email was undeliverable or your order
did not go through.
NO name, NO email, then write to us please and we'll investigate.

YOUR ORDER ~~~
UPS, FedEx and DHL tracking
is easy and normally updated at least once per day. On cross country shipments
FedEx often does not show movement until the package reaches the destination
hub or terminal.
USPS delivery confirmation numbers merely confirm that a package has arrived at its destination, it is not a tracking service.
NOTE: Hyperlinks provided when available; simply click on the tracking number and it will take you to the appropriate WS to check your order.
1) Simply drag your mouse across the tracking number below to highlight it, right mouse click and select copy.
2) Now click on the UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS hyperlink found below, under Carrier Legend.
3) When you
reach the UPS or FedEx website paste the tracking number in the box, scroll
down and click on the button indicating "track"; which you will find
below the number you have pasted. With UPS you will need to click on "detail"
to get a detailed account of your package. In the case of USPS simply paste
the tracking number in the box and hit the "GO" button.
